This App does not reproduce, copy, or republish text, tables, dosing charts, decision trees, or other content from any copyrighted publication, including (without limitation):
- The DSM-5-TR (American Psychiatric Association)
- Stahl's Prescriber's Guide, Stahl's Essential Psychopharmacology, and the Stahl's Illustrated series
- The Maudsley Prescribing Guidelines in Psychiatry
- Kaplan & Sadock's Pocket Handbook of Clinical Psychiatry
- PsychNotes: Clinical Pocket Guide
- Any child/adolescent psychiatry textbook or other clinical reference
All clinical summaries in the App were independently written to reflect general, widely-taught prescribing concepts. These works are listed on the App's References screen solely as recommended sources for further reading and verification — not as sources of copied content.

Reference to these names is for identification and citation purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those trademark owners.
DSM-5-TR Terminology
Diagnostic category names and codes referenced in the App (e.g., "Major Depressive Disorder," diagnostic codes) are used descriptively, for educational and reference purposes, consistent with their function as clinical terminology. The DSM-5-TR itself, including its full diagnostic criteria and text, remains the copyrighted work of the American Psychiatric Association and is not reproduced here.

The App does not currently support user accounts, submissions, or cloud-synced content; there is no user-generated content collected or stored by the App.
